Class 9 | Chapter 10 | Circles | Theorem 10.9

Class 9 - Theorem 10.7

Theorem 10.9: Angles in the same segment of a circle are equal.

Prerequisite

The proof of this theorem 10.8 is a prerequisite to prove this theorem. To prove that angles subtended by an arc in the same segment is very easy. In theorem 10.8 we proved that the angle subtended at center of a circle by any arc is double the angle subtended anywhere on rest of the circle. That’s it.
