Class 9 - Linear equations in two variables, Math - Class 9 | NCERTClass 9 math tutorials, geometric representation of a linear equation, graph of a linear equation, linear equations, linear equations in two variables, math, mathemafia, mathematics, NCERT, solution of a linear equation
Example 1: Write each of the following equations in the form ax + by + c = 0 and indicate the values of a, b and c in each case:
(i) 2x + 3y = 4.37 (ii) x – 4 = 3y (iii) 4 = 5x – 3y (iv) 2x = y
Example 2: Write each of the following as an equation in two variables:
(i) x = –5 (ii) y = 2 (iii) 2x = 3 (iv) 5y = 2
In this video, linear Equations, variables, constants are explained in detail with example and demonstration by plotting solutions on graph. This video is intended for class 9 and class 10 students.
